Shipping:
We ship within 3-5 business days. If a specific wood is out of stock, please allow two weeks to account for lumber, labor, and shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns:
We offer a satisfaction guarantee, meaning we cover any defects, cracks, or splits. If you have an issue with your board, contact us at walnuthillwoodworks@gmail.com. Please provide a description of the issue and attach a picture of your board. We will then discuss next steps and can email a return shipping label if necessary.
If local, you can return the board to us on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from 9-2 at the Nashville Farmers' Market.
